Laboratory Systems Engineer
Location: Shanghai, China
Reporting To: Senior Manager of Lab, ACWA Power China
Job Overview
Develop laboratory processes and standards to meet CNAS requirements. Manage quality system, apply for projects/awards, maintain patents and promote brand. Oversee on-site testing personnel, organize equipment inspections and calibration, and assist project engineers in standardizing work instructions and records.
Responsibilities
61 Develop laboratory processes, regulations, management norms and technical standards to ensure that the laboratory meets CNAS certification requirements.
61 Responsible for establishing, operating, supervising, and continuously improving the quality system, maintaining laboratory accreditation, conducting regular internal and external audits, and implementing corrective actions for non-conformities.
61 Responsible for applying for government projects, government awards, and patent maintenance; participating in the development of technical standards/specifications and promoting the brand online.
61 Responsible for managing on-site testing personnel, establishing regular performance evaluation systems, and assisting in improving the technical capabilities of laboratory staff.
61 Organize and coordinate regular equipment inspections, equipment calibration, and laboratory comparisons.
61 Assist project engineers in standardizing laboratory work instructions and original record forms.
Qualifications
61 Bachelor’s degree or above.
61 Over 5 years of laboratory work experience, with a preference for those with experience in photovoltaic laboratory systems.
61 Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
61 Familiarity with ISO 17025 and CMA system processes for photovoltaic laboratories.
61 Strong language and organizational skills.
61 Fluent English skills.
61 Ability to establish, maintain, and continuously improve the laboratory quality management system to ensure compliance with international and national standards.
