Performs the analysis, design, testing, documentation, and implementation of
changes to IT services, solutions and processes. Provides support for IT
services and works with IT Technical team to resolve issues. Supports multiple
complex IT services/processes, in support of multiple functional areas and
locations. University degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience.
