职责描述: The Non Financial Risk (NFR) Utility plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. The NFR achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management. Operational Risk Management Assistant Manager is responsible for monitoring the current regulatory control monitoring approach is aligned with the Operational Risk Management Framework. 1. Ensure the Compliance Framework are operating effectively on the key processes including thematic reviews. 2. Acting as Compliance Regulatory subject matter expert (SME) by ensuring Operation Risk Management Framework. 3. Support the wider risk management in term of governance and reporting 4. Reporting and presenting to Onshore Senior Manager for the status and the Compliance Regulatory Review. 任职要求: 1. Fulltime College/Graduation from recognized universities with 1 to 2 years of experience. 2. Good understanding of operational risk and controls preferably gained through experience in front line and/or risk roles. 3. Good understanding of the Group’s Operational Risk Framework, Regulatory environment and business context. 4. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.). 6. Good command of written and spoken English. Cantonese is a plus. 7.
