Responsibilities:
? Improve operating efficiency, maximize reliability and availability of the plant. Implement the planned maintenance system.
? Plan annual maintenance budget and optimize maintenance cost.
? Implement effective preventative maintenance programs on all key plant equipment.
? Ensure safety rules for maintenance activities are defined consistent and applied (like LOTO procedure).
? Work with cross function team to ensure needs are aligned.
? Work with inventory management to track and optimize spare parts.
