The Career 工作职责
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and data science strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and industry trends.

2. Oversee the research, development, and implementation of AI models and algorithms to enhance products, services, and business processes.
监督人工智能模型和算法的研究、开发与实施，以提升产品、服务及业务流程。
3. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists.
领导、指导和发展一支由数据科学家、机器学习工程师和 AI 专家组成的高绩效团队。
4. Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging research and development activities in AI and data science that drive technological excellence.

5. Establish and enforce AI ethics and governance policies to ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologies.

The Requirements 职位要求：
1. A Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

2. Over 10 years of experience in AI and data science leadership roles, with a track record of AI model development and implementation.

3. Deep expertise in AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
