The Career工作职责
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and industry trends.

2. Oversee the research, development, and implementation of AI technologies and solutions to enhance our products, services, and internal processes.

3. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists.

4. Establish and enforce AI ethics and governance policies to ensure the responsible and ethical use of AI technologies.

5. Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging research and development activities in AI that drive technological excellence.

The Requirement职位要求
1. A Master's or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in AI leadership roles, with a track record of AI technology development and implementation.
