The Career 工作职责
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive big data strategy, aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and industry trends.

2. Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, analysts, and researchers in developing advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions.

3. Drive data-driven decision-making by translating complex data into actionable insights and strategies.

The Requirements 职位要求
1. A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
拥有计算机科学、统计学、数据科学或相关领域的博士学位。
2. With over 10 years extensive experience in data science and analytics, with a proven track record of leadership in a similar role.
拥有10年以上数据科学和分析的相关经验，并在类似岗位上拥有卓越的领导表现。
3. In-depth knowledge of big data technologies, machine learning, and data modeling.

4. Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
