The role will have responsibility for developing commercial aircraft leasing strategy and activity, growing strategic relationships with airline customers, senior management of transactions through their life cycle, and leading the sales and marketing team.

? Support the development and execution of the company’s business plan through the execution of the company’s commercial aircraft marketing and financing strategies

? Implement the company’s marketing strategy and grow airline customer relationships on a global basis

? Prepare and present acquisition, placement, and remarketing opportunities to the CEO and company’s shareholders
负责向CEO和公司股东准备和展示收购、配售和再营销的机会和内容。
? Oversee commercial elements of aircraft deliveries and redeliveries
监管影响飞机交付和再交付的各项商业要素。
? Support the CEO in the company’s efforts to develop new products for its customers and provide research and insight into current and future markets and opportunities
协助CEO进行产品研发，并提供对当前和未来市场调研以及行业潜在机会的有效灵感和建议。
? Lead, manage, and develop the marketing and trading team and assist the CEO in staff training to help develop the strength and experience of the commercial team

Requirements:

? Degree qualified with 10 years demonstrable success in commercial aircraft leasing, sales or financing transactions with in-depth knowledge of lease/loan/aircraft purchase documentation
本科及以上学历，具备10年以上与商用飞机租赁、销售或融资交易有关的行业经验，对租赁/贷款/飞机购买相关文件有深入了解。
? An existing network of senior relationships with airlines, OEMS, and industry participants across the globe
与全球航空公司、原始设备制造商和行业参与者拥有深入的关系网络。
? Commercial acumen essential with a proven track record in negotiation of aircraft financing and leasing transactions
具备良好的商业头脑，在飞机融资和租赁交易谈判方面拥有已被证实的优秀工作成果与记录。
? Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams across the company
具备与公司各职能团队有效合作的能力。
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills plus a willingness to travel worldwide at short notice
具备良好的沟通和谈判技巧，并接受在全球范围内短期出差的工作需求。
? Fluent English language skills with Chinese language skills an advantage
流利的英语语言能力，并具备优秀中文语言能力。
